With the June Bank Holiday weekend fast approaching, many of us are already starting to plan how we are going to make the most of the three days off work.

3. Féile an Spidéal Regatta, Co. Galway
Date: 4th - 5th June
Location: Spiddal
If it’s boats you’re into, the Féile an Spidéal will be showing only the best during the Regatta. From unique Irish boats, such as currachs and Galway Hookers to traditional boats this will truly be a sight for sore eyes. Click here for more info.
4. The Melting Pot Festival, Co. Donegal
Date: 3rd – 6th June
Location: Ardara
An eclectic mix of music, song, dance, food, workshops, exhibitions and displays will be celebrated over four days in the village of Ardara. Click here for more info.
5. The Cat Laughs Comedy Festival, Co. Kilkenny
Dates: 2nd- 6th June
