You asked

How much fibre does baby need?

While adults are recommended to follow a  high fibre diet this is not the same for babies. It is best that you don't give large amounts of fiber to your baby during the weaning journey. While fibre is very good and shouldn’t be removed from your baby’s diet completely, too much is not good for babies it can leave them feeling very full and they will be less likely to take other foods.
