Katie Price has spoken up about how she dealt with her husband’s affair on Loose Women this afternoon, explaining that she found it very hard to forgive him.
The former glamour model was pregnant with the couple’s second child, Bunny, when it emerged that Kieran Hayler had cheated with two of Katie’s friend.
Explaining to the Loose Women panel, the 38-year-old said that everyone told her to leave him, admitting that even professionals didn’t think that he could change his ways.
“It was tough,” she said. “It was pure strength that got me through it. I give myself a pat on the shoulder for being strong enough to stay with him.”
Adding that people questioned how she could trust him, the mum-of-five said that it would have been easy to walk away, admitting that she was determined to fight for her relationship.
However, her honesty was met by a lot of criticism from the show’s viewers, with some questioning her decision:
