Jump Zone has opened another indoor trampoline park in Santry and not only is it the bigger brother of Jump Zone Sandyford, it is the largest in Europe. It stretches over 35,000sq.ft and comprises of Dodgeball courts, party rooms, endless trampolines and Europe’s only foam pit.

 

Teams take to a purpose built trampoline Dodgeball court and battle it out to the last man bouncing with tournaments and competition being organised on a regular basis. The Dodgeball courts need to be booked early due to phenomenal demand from young adults.

 

Adrenaline junkies can test their nerve in Europe’s first state of the art trampoline Foam Pit where, under instruction, dare devils will have the chance to practice acrobatic jumps, spins and twists landing in the safety of a foam pit.

 

Fitness classes, known as Rebounding Revolution, have been a major draw for people looking for a fun alternative form of exercise. The Rebound classes cater to people of all fitness levels and studies from NASA have proved that bouncing on a trampoline for 10 minutes is a better cardiovascular workout than 33 minutes of running.

 

Since opening its doors in 2012, Jump Zone Sandyford has become one of Ireland’s most popular sports and entertainment attractions having catered for more than 2,000 kids parties and 100 school tours as well as weekly exercise classes.
