Just weeks after welcoming his first child with wife Tasha McCauley, Joseph Gordon-Levitt has opened up about how fatherhood is treating him.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 34-year-old said: “It’s wonderful and it makes me really happy. I am just so happy.”
The star became a dad to a son back in August, with a source confirming the surprise news to People magazine.
Revealing that Joseph and Tasha had welcomed a son – whose name is still unknown – the insider simply said: “The family is all happy and healthy.”
It seems that Joseph and Tasha prefer to keep their personal lives away from the glare of the media spotlight. They also kept their December 2014 nuptials a secret, with Joseph going on to explain why in an interview with Playboy.
“It wasn’t that difficult because we didn’t tell many people about it. As much as some people may disagree, I don’t believe a person’s private life – even a person in entertainment – is a public performance,” he said after the wedding.
We like his style – but we would like to hear the tot’s name at some stage!
