Candid footage which shows two-year-old North West appealing to the paparazzi not to take her photo has caused a stir among YouTube and social media users since its upload yesterday.

The video which was taken in the carpark of her ballet school shows an adorable North toddling beside her nanny on her way into that day's dance class.

Upon realising the school was swarmed by enthusiastic photographers, the two-year-old looked somewhat perturbed before saying: "I said 'No pictures!'"

Echoing the little girls's request, her nanny made the child's feelings known, but photographers continued to snap away in a move which has outraged members of the public.

Commenting beneath the video which has amassed almost 80,000 hits in mere hours, one YouTube user wrote:"People have no lives. Stalking a baby. Can't even go to ballet practice in peace."

Echoing their fellow YouTube user's sentiments, another member of the public wrote: "Its pretty sad having grown man waiting around to take photos of a two-year-old girl."

Slamming the paparazzi involved, she continued: "Worse part is they were there before she arrived and were still there after she finished class. Half of those guys wouldn't wait that long for their own daughters."

However, while the vast majority of people who viewed the footage expressed dismay on North's behalf, some members of the public were a little more cynical.

"Don't be fooled. This is the Kardashian machinery at work! Kim prolly called dem paps and North recited that line until it was perfect...strategy!...smh," (sic) wrote one YouTube user,
