1. Overnight oats with raspberry and pistachio
 
 
Ingredients
 
150ml milk
45g instant oats
100g raspberries
1 tbsp pistachio, crushed
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 
Directions
  • Add oats to your container of choice and pour in milk, pistachio and vanilla.
  • Stir and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with pureed raspberries and more crushed pistachio.
2. Overnight oats with banana and almonds
 
 
Ingredients
 
150ml milk
45g instant oats
1/2 banana
1 tbsp almond flakes
1 tsp honey 
 
Directions
  • Add oats to your container of choice and pour in milk.
  • Stir and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with sliced banana, almonds and a drizzle of honey.
3. Chia-cocoa overnight oats
 
 
Ingredients
 
150ml milk
45g instant oats
1 tsp cocoa
1/2 tsp raw chocolate chips
1 tsp chia seeds + 1/2 to serve
1/2 tsp desiccated coconut 
 
Directions
  • Add oats to your container of choice, add the cocoa powder, 1 tsp chia seeds, stir well and pour in milk.
  • Stir and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with chocolate chips, chia seeds and desiccated coconut. 
4. Overnight oats with apple, cranberry and cinnamon
 
 
Ingredients
 
150ml milk
45g instant oats
1/2 apple
1/2 tbsp dried cranberry
1 tsp cinnamon 
 
Directions
  • Add oats to your container of choice, cranberries and cinnamon.
  • Stir and pour in milk.
  • Place in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with chunks of apple.
5. Overnight oats with pomegranate
 
 
Ingredients
 
150ml milk
45g instant oats
50g pomegranate seeds
1 tsp maple syrup 
 
Directions
  • Add oats to your container of choice and pour in milk.
  • Stir and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with pomegranate seeds and drizzle with maple syrup.
