Banana and peanut butter

Bananas are a really good source of vitamin B6 and this recipe is a great way to use up an over ripe banana.
1 ripe banana
2 slices of white bread
2 tbsp of peanut butter
Peel a ripe banana and cut it either into circles or long slices.
Spread the peanut butter over both slices of bread.
On one slice, place the chopped banana and cover with the second slice.
