Gold and silver coin pancakes

Kids love pancakes and they are sure to love these decorated ones even more.
225g plain flour
300ml milk
30g butter melted
1Tesp sugar
2 large egg beaten
1tbsp Dr Oetker Baking Powder
Pinch of salt
I packet Dr Oetker Chocolate Chips
Decorating
Dr Oetker Gold and Silver Shimmer Spray
Dr Oetker Neon Writing Icing
Sieve the flour, Baking Powder, salt and sugar into a large bowl.
Make a well in the centre and add in the milk and beaten eggs.
Gradually mix the ingredients together until there are no lumps
Mix in the melted butter and Chocolate Chips, the butter will help with frying
Spoon tablespoons of the mixture into a heated pan and as the bubbles start to form on top turn over until brown.
When you have enough coins made spray with Gold and Silver Shimmer Spray and write names and currencies with the Neon Writing Icing.
