As parents, the support of our children through traumatic and life-changing events is crucial, so we can imagine that Bruce Jenner is feeling the love today.

Weeks after revealing during a TV interview that he is undergoing gender transition to become a woman, the former Olympic medallist’s son Brody has shared some warm and loving words for him.

The reality star, who first shot to fame on MTV’s The Hills, told Extra: “I’m very proud, very proud. It’s been a journey for all of us but we’re very supportive and I love him to death.”

“It’s really great to see how happy he is now,” said the 31-year-old.

Brody is the latest member of Bruce’s famous family to show his public support for the Jenner patriarch. After the 65-year-old’s 20/20 interview aired, his daughters took to their social media channels to pay tribute to him for his bravery.

Model daughter Kendall took to Twitter to brand Bruce her “hero”, while 17-year-old Kylie expressed her ‘pride’ over Bruce’s courageous move.

We’re sure Brody’s touching words mean the world to Bruce at this time.
