The model broke the news on Instagram in the past hour with a beautiful beach-side picture, showing off her growing baby bump.
"Very happy to share that Jason and I are expecting!! Lots of love Rosie x Photo by @jasonstatham," she wrote.
The British model got engaged to actor Jason Statham last year, and this will be their first child together.
With those genes, it's sure going to be a pretty baby!
