What you need:
- Paper plate
- Marker
- Scissors
- Cotton wool buds
- Paint
Instructions:
1. Take a paper plate and draw a heart shape on the back of it with a pencil first, and then a marker.
2. Cut out the heart shape.
3. Next, cut around the rim of the hat.
4. Put some cotton wool buds and some paint out on a plate and let your child decorate the hat with little dots all over.
