5/5 (1 rating)
There are a number of symptoms to watch out for if you feel you are at risk of developing diabetes, including:

- Sudden vision changes
- Very dry skin
- Feeling tired all the time
- Extreme hunger
- Excessive thirst
- Unexplained weight loss
- Tingling or numb feet or fingers
- Sores that are slow to heal
- Frequent urination
- Getting more infections than usual.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms you do not necessarily have diabetes, but it is important to consult with your G.P. Diabetes left untreated can have drastic effects on your health, including the development of diabetic retinopathy.
