We are big fans of Clodagh McKenna here at MummyPages so we were really excited to get our hands on a copy of her brand new cookbook, ‘Clodagh’s Kitchen Diaries’. This is a must-have for everyday cooks who want to put some sparkle back into mealtimes. To celebrate the launch of the book we are giving away two copies to MummyPages fans.

Clodagh’s book takes us through a year-long culinary journey with blueberry, cinnamon and flax porridge in January to a mouth-watering roasted rosemary and garlic-infused leg of lamb just in time for Easter. There are fabulous summer recipes like crab cakes and tomato guacamole, and some warming meals for the chillier months in the autumn, like Italian minestrone soup.

There are lots of seasonal delights that will impress family and friends whether you are hosting a children’s Halloween party, or a lavish Christmas feast. Her ghost meringues and freaky fingers make for fantastic party food that kids will adore, while her sesame and fennel mini sausage rolls and crab and avocado toasts will delight diners if you are hosting a Christmas bash.

‘Clodagh’s Kitchen Diaries’ really is a cookbook that mums will be using again and again, with recipes for every occasion and time of year.
