Just seven weeks after giving birth to baby Indigo, Luisa Zissman took to Instagram to share a side by side image of her two weeks post partum compared to now, and she is looking incredible.

The mum-of-two, who is married to Andrew Collins, explained that she has been eating a healthy diet without "denying" herself anything, as well as doing pilates and toning classes at least once a day.

Fans were quick to congratulate the former Apprentice star, who is also mum to six-year-old Dixie from her first marriage to Oliver Zissman, on her achievement, with many commenting on just how amazing she looks.

“You look amazing,” wrote one, while another said: “Well done @luisazissman you look fabulous  - being a happy, healthy mummy is very important, keep doing what your doing [sic].”

However, not everyone was impressed with the post; One person was quick to comment on how it would make new mums feel “rubbish”, and blasted it as "not real life".

“Look amazing but could make others feel rubbish. Not real life so don't feel rubbish new mummies.“

But Luisa was not going to let one person bring her down, and responded by saying exercising makes her happy, going on to explain how she fits it all in.

"If I stayed home with a baby all day I would go insane, each to their own but me doing 1hr pilates every morning while she naps and an evening class after bathing and feeding her and putting both my girls to bed I don't feel I'm missing out [sic]," the 29-year-old wrote.

"I'm a better mum because im getting out and working out. Being overweight and feeling unfit honestly depresses me [sic]."
