They left fans shocked and dismayed when they announced their marriage split during the summer, and it appears that this former star couple are officially over.

According to reports this week, Gwen Stefani and ex-husband Gavin Rossdale have finally agreed on the details of their divorce settlement.

Sources today claim that the pair, who were married for 13 years, are to share joint custody of their three children; nine-year-old Kingston, seven-year-old Zuma, and one-year-old Apollo. It is believed, however, that musician Gavin will have the children more often, due to Gwen’s upcoming tour schedule.

An insider claims that while the pair didn’t have a prenuptial agreement in place, Gavin has agreed to take less than his 50% share.

The news comes just hours after Gwen appeared shell-shocked to be asked on live TV if her new song, Used to Love You, was about her estranged husband.

Appearing on The Today Show, the mother-of-three said: “Oh my God, put me on the spot. I’m like, whoa, whoa…I wrote that song, like, a couple weeks ago. And then I sat in front of a camera in a dressing room randomly – not making a video, just to do some video for the screens behind me. And then it went out, and it’s the video and it’s, like, all very real.”

Gwen and Gavin announced their split back in August, saying in a joint statement: “While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment.”

A judge is expected to sign off on their agreement by the end of the year.
