Seven-year-old Sunnie was featured in a special in which she let a major secret of Danny’s slip – that her dad often calls in sick to work, but then ‘just lays around on the sofa all day’ – and Danny has reacted to her comments in typical form.
Speaking to chat show host Alan Carr about Sunnie’s TV appearance, the Eastenders star said: “I have pulled sickies – not on Eastenders but from other jobs. What is she saying that for? I brought the kid up well. She is a grass!”
We’re not surprised with Danny’s reaction, especially seeing as Sunnie described her dad as having ‘diarrhoea breath’!
Danny joked: “She ruined me in that show. You go on that show and you are going to get assassinated, and she did a really good job. I have not spoken to her since.”
Danny is also dad to son Arty and daughter Danni.
