Pre-natal Yoga and Pilates

From this provider / About this provider: Susan's has trained in Pilates matwork with BODYFIRM PILATES in 2001, following this with one to one Pilates training, pre-natal Pilates and Pilates using equipment. Along with attending hundreds of master classes in both yoga and Pilates, she graduated from her second yoga teacher training in 2004 with The YTTC. The Pre-Natal classes are run weekly at Center Studios.
