What a difference a few days can make; just last weekend, Blue Ivy Carter was walking the red carpet in a multi-thousand-dollar dress at the MTV VMAs, and yesterday the four-year-old was back to doing ‘normal’ little girl things.
It looks as though the Knowles-Carter clan have just welcomed a new addition in the form of an adorable puppy, and doting mum Beyoncé accompanied Blue on a park walk with the pet.
In gorgeous photos shared to the Formation singer’s official website, the mother-daughter duo are seen strolling happily together, with Puppy on its lead.
In another shot, the pair are seen cuddled up together on a park bench, with Blue minding her new furry friend on her lap.
The low-key day out was a far cry from the duo’s glitzy evening at the Video Music Awards last Sunday night.
Blue was Beyoncé’s date for the night, and she caused quite the stir in her $11,000 Mischka Aoki ‘Grand Royalle’ dress and crystal-studded Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Dolly’ shoes, which cost $565.
All eyes were on Blue as she held Beyoncé’s hand upon arrival at the ceremony, ahead of the singer's incredible 15-minute performance of Lemonade.
It’s nice to see that little Blue is still enjoying the normal childhood things – as well as those glitzy red carpet events.
