Speech and Language Expert
Emma Twohig graduated from University College Cork with a BA in English and Psychology and went on to earn a Pg Dip in Speech and Language Therapy at City University London.  During this time she worked with children, adults and their families in a variety of settings, including early intervention, teenagers and children with intellectual disablities.
Emma then worked as an ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) tutor and Speech and Language Therapist for three years in a school for clients with intellectual disabilities. Here she worked in a number of areas, like early intervention, pre-school, residential and school aged children. Emma's main client group was autism.
Emma's Speech and Language Therapy was established in 2014. It provides private speech and language intervention and assessment through home visits for children in Dublin and surrounding areas. Emma is committed to providing research driven, up-to-date therapy services for children who struggle with a variety of developmental and communication-related challenges.
