New video evidence which has emerged from the vehicular collision involving dad-of-six Bruce Jenner may point to the former Olympian's culpability.

The collision, which took place on the famous Pacific Coast Highway earlier this month, resulted in the death of one individual and the hospitalisation of seven others, and developments in the case have now suggested that 65-year-old reality TV star Bruce may be responsible for the incident.

Footage of the collision, which is now with police, was recorded by an MTA bus travelling behind the ill-fated vehicles and suggests that Bruce's Cadillac Escalade ploughed into both the Prius and the Lexus involved.

Neither the Prius nor the Lexus made contact with each other, however, thereby suggesting that the initial chain-reaction conclusion was incorrect.

A vehicular homicide investigation has been opened by detectives in Malibu and if the video footage concludes that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was following the other vehicles too closely he may be charged with vehicular manslaughter.

If any of the drivers involved in the fatal collision, which left 69-year-old Kim Howe dead, are found to be criminally negligent they could face up to six years behind bars.
