Over the past nine years, Kourtney Kardashian has spent much of her time defending her partner, Scott Disick, to irritated family members and relatives -all of whom expressed concern for the tumultuous relationship.

Despite numerous occasions which saw Scott disappoint the mother of his children, Kourtney championed her partner, acknowledged his issues and supported him through treatment.

And while this period in Kourtney's life has come to an end following the couple's recent split, it seems the reality TV star and businesswoman may still be keen to defend the father of her three children against remarks made in the media regarding the native New Yorker.

Fans and followers of the eldest Kardashian sister have decided that a recent tweet may allude to her ex-partner, with many subsequently offering support to both parties.

Quoting the bible, the 35-year-old mum wrote: "There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbour? James 4:12."

Assuming the star was hinting that her ex-partner shouldn't be judged in spite of recent behaviour, one fan wrote: "You're right. I will say a prayer for you and your precious babies. I'll even pray that Scott Disick gets the help he needs."

Other fans, however, have decided the star's message alluded to the intense media scrutiny she has faced in light of her decision to separate from Scott.

Supporting the star, one fan wrote: "Nobody can see what you see, can live what you live so nobody can judge you or your acts. YOLO Kourtney."

Regardless of the meaning behind Kourney's post, it certainly looks like this famous mum has the unwavering support of her fans and followers at this difficult time.
