Harry and Izzy Judd are busy parents to two gorgeous kids - three-year-old Lola and 21-month-old Kit.
With having young children, they know a thing or two about the pressures of social media that parents go through.
The pair spoke about 21st-century parenting as part of their new #ThisIsParenthood project with WaterWipes.
Izzy said, ''We're sharing the realities of parenthood, there's been some scary statistics uncovered by WaterWipes and a particular one that stood out for me was that two-thirds feel they're failing.''
She continued, ''Certainly, after Lola was born I was suddenly thrown into this world of being a mum and feeling like I'm not doing a good enough job.''
Harry thinks social media is partly to blame for these feelings.
He revealed that one of the reasons he and Izzy are both so open about the tough times is because they don't want to add to the pressure on parents.
He said, ''I heard Izzy so many times in the first year of being a mum say "Oh my god I've failed". That genuine feeling that she'd failed.''
He continued, ''Hopefully, I was able to reassure her. That has made us both conscious now to not put across this message of "Oh haven't we got this amazing life", which we have but there's a reality too.''
The couple both suffer from anxiety and have been open about the effects of that on parenthood.
Harry said, ''We've been open that we've both struggled with anxiety in the past. That's something thankfully for me which was a short-term thing but for Izzy it's something that she's battled with since her late teens and so that naturally crosses over into motherhood.''
He added, ''She's very capable and a great mum but sometimes anxiety does rear its ugly head.''
We think they are doing a fanatic job and raising awareness about the struggles that parents today can go through.
