'Utter joy': This iconic 90s star has given birth to her first child!

 

Julia Stiles revealed in an Instagram post yesterday that she gave birth to her and husband Preston J. Cook's first child, son Strummer Newcomb Cook, over a month ago!

 

The 36-year-old actress shared an adorable photo of Strummer's wee hand in hers to her 131K Insta followers, saying, "Strummer Newcomb Cook, born October 20, 2017. Thanks and ever thanks to the extraordinary Doctors, Nurses and staff at Mount Sinai for helping bring this utter joy into our lives."

The 10 Things I Hate About You star met cameraman Preston while they were both working on Go With Me in 2015.

 

In June the couple announced they were expecting, and the two tied the knot on a romantic beach in Seattle on September 27 this year.
