When it comes to cleaning the house the bathroom is always on the end of our to-do list. Being one of the most frequently used rooms in the home it is not surprising that it can get a little, eh, messy.
But you don’t need to spend a long time tirelessly scrubbing floors and surfaces, in fact, fifteen minutes is all you really need.
- Spray shower/ bath floor, hose and sides with foam disinfectant. Leave to work while you do the rest.
- Pour bleach under the rim of the toilet bowl. Again leave to work for a few minutes.
- Take all items off the shelf and wipe down with disinfectant and a clean cloth.
- Clean the mirror, removing any streaks with scrunched up newspaper.
- Rinse out the toothbrush holder and again wipe down with disinfectant spray to remove any germs.
- Rinse off the foam around the shower/bath.
- Scrub the toilet with a toilet brush and then flush to remove the bleach.
- Wipe the flusher, toilet seat and cistern with a clean cloth and disinfectant spray.
- Remove old handtowels and replace with clean one.
- Finally give the floor a quick vacuum and wipe over with floor cleaner.
