When we - finally! - get them to bed there's no doubt that sleeping babies are a whole other level of cuteness.
It's something that one young mum from Serbia took to the next level, however.
Marta Rojnič, 28, lives in Belgrade and using sheets and coloured blankets, she began creating adorable slumbery snaps when her son Marko was just two weeks old.
He's now 16 months and continues to have dreamy adventures.
In total, Marta has made by hand some 60 stories featuring her son - thus creating a beautiful timeline of Marko's early days and weeks in life.
As Marta explains: "I wanted to capture in photographs those gentle moments of early childhood as a gift for my baby when he's a little older.
"I want to show him the tenderness of a time he will later not remember and in which I enjoy endlessly by sharing love and affection with him every single second.
