It is one of the most exciting times - doing all the last touches for the little one who you are anxiously waiting to welcome into the world.
And when the essentials are done, nappies bought and heartburn under control, it is time for the most fun part of all... decorating the nursery.
For those of us who haven't found out the gender of our child it is safe to stick with neutral colours, monochrome or black and white - but as those who do know the sex of their child know, all pink or blue hell is about to break loose. (In a very good way)
For my first child, we had a one bedroom apartment and the nursery was either going to be the wardrobe or the ensuite bathroom so I channelled all my creative energy into baby clothes (which lasted about 5 weeks) What I am saying is that it doesn't matter if you don't have the space for a nursery, it is still really fun to browse other peoples.
