When it comes to air travel there are a few things that we should and shouldn’t do.
Here are six things you really should wait to do until after you land.
Take off your shoes and socks
Taking off your shoes is ok on a really long flight, socks not so much - particularly when these sockless-feet end up resting against the food tray.
Stand in the aisle talking
Not only are you in the airhostess’ way you are also blocking the route to the toilet. Want to chat? Make sure you get seats together.
Moan that you didn’t get a special menu
Unless you asked for a special dinner, don’t kick up a fuss when they say you’ll have to make do with the pasta and chicken.
Take over both arm rests
You only have one arm rest so don’t hog the one on your left AND right side.
Give out when the seat in front of you is reclined
It’s not going to infringe on you too much and you’re bound to push yours back soon enough anyway, so relax..
Drink too much
If you have the luxury of going on a trip away without the kids it is all too easy to celebrate a little too much. However, you don’t want to be the drunk in the corner that makes everyone feel awkward, do you?
