Binky Felstead recently took to Instagram to share a very real motherhood moment.
When the mum left the room, her daughter India went looking for the nearest thing to play with.
And it wasn’t a toy.
At just five-and-a-half-months old, little India is in the full fledged ‘grabby’ stage.
Unfortunately, the girl managed to open a tube of Sudocreme and rubbed it all over her face.
Binky shared a photo of the aftermath where her poor daughter is crying with a painted white face, frustrated with the sticky creme’s endurance.
“I think this situation is relatable, a right of passage for a lot of us mummies,” the Made in Chelsea star said.
“Learnt another valuable mummy lesson today - never leave Sudocreme by the babies bed! #firstfacial
“And yes, she’s totally FINE, mummy!”
Many mums have commented on the photo with light-hearted remarks, reassuring Binky that it happens to most parents.
“This is tooo adorable,” said one comment. “I remember when my son did this. [It] was a nightmare to wash off haha”.
“Aww bless her,” said another. “My daughter did this as a baby and now my granddaughter this the same a couple of weeks ago. I think all mums go through this.”
Poor India! Sometimes our little ones have to learn the hard way.
We recommend using a damp cloth or baby wipes to get off Sudocreme.
Have you ever had this happen to you? What did you use to remove the excess nappy creme?
