Breaking: 36 more deaths and 345 new cases of Covid-19 confirmed

A further 36 people have died after testing positive for Covid-19 in the Republic of Ireland, bringing the death toll to 210.

The Department of Health has also diagnosed a total of 345 new cases. There are currently 5,709 confirmed cases.

The median age of the reported deaths is 81. 

42,484 tests were conducted up to midnight last night.
