Football legend, Cristiano Ronaldo, has allegedly become a father again, to a set of surrogate twins.

According to Portuguese television channel SIC, the babies, a boy and a girl called Eva and Mateo, were born on Thursday.

There has been no official confirmation of the news by Ronaldo, or family officials.

However, a number of Portuguese websites and newspapers, were running the story last night, claiming that the twins were born earlier this week.

The Sun reported back in March the football star was due to become a father again, of twins via surrogate.

It said a surrogate mother on the west coast of the US was heavily pregnant and was expecting the babies “very soon.”

Ronaldo, who is dating Spanish beauty Georgina Rodriguez, shocked the world in 2010 when he announced on Twitter and Facebook that he had become a father.
