She is known for her blunt and outspoken words - and now Australian-based mummy blogger Constance Hall is dividing opinion massively with her latest post.

Mum to Billie-Violet (7), Arlo (5) and twins Snow and Rumi (2), she has penned some very candid tips on sex and relationships for her young sons to read when they are older.

Her aim? To influence her boys to respect the "almighty womankind".

But many have criticised her for going too far and being inappropriate.

Her latest blog post comes as she visited Ireland as part of an international tour to promote her book 'Like a Queen'

Firstly, the 32-year-old outlines that "boys talk" is never excusable and advises her sons to speak about women the way "you want your sisters spoken about".

She also shared some of her bedroom secrets, suggesting her sons "love the whole package" if they want sex from their partner.

“Women need more than just d**k. Get creative and don’t let it get to you when simple penetration doesn’t blow her mind.”

Constance, who recently wrote honestly about her own breakup, says that a man's biggest priority should be his other half.

“Don’t forget or let her forget who she was when you met her, the crazy, creative, soul burning or mysteriously shy, sexy individual woman that she was. In a world that will try and convince her not to fight for her rights to be first, force her to be her own star.”
