If you have ever been told that you are expecting multiple babies all at once, then you will know just how special and surprising this scenario can be – but nothing could possibly prepare anyone for what this Bradford-based couple have been through!

Abigail and Shaibu Adama have smashed reported odds of 500,000-to-one by welcoming their third consecutive set of twins into the world.

Proud mum Abigail, 30, recently gave birth to twin girls – as yet unnamed – at Bradford Royal Infirmary Hospital, UK. They are already parents to a set of four-year-old and 18-month-old twins.

Speaking to local newspaper The Telegraph and Argus, the doting parents admitted that finding out they were expecting a third set of twins came as “a big shock”.

Dad Shaibu added that their family is somewhat of a medical marvel to the doctors who have dealt with them.

“The doctors cannot believe our run of twins. They ask if we have had any fertility treatment, but we have had none at all,” said the father-of-six.

They have admitted that three sets of twins is probably ‘enough’ now!
