Crafts: DIY snowglobes

Often, there is a simple DIY trick for every elaborate-looking game or craft, and this homemade snowglobe is incredibly easy to create.

 

What you will need:

• An empty glass jar
• Water
• Glycerin
• Glitter (for effect)
• Strong glue
• A thin pliers
• Your toy of choice

 

 

Method:

1. The first thing you need to do is glue your toy down to the bottom of the glass jar. The best way to do this is to use a glue gun and then drop it in place using a skinny pliers. Apply some pressure to the toy to hold it in place, then leave it for 10 minutes to set.
2. Fill the jar with water, adding a good few drops of glycerine. You can add glitter for effect, if you so wish.
3. Glue the lid in place, and your snowglobe is complete.
