Crafts: Fairy dust jar

This is such a simple project that it can be done in about five minutes. Perfect as part of a gift for a budding Fairy Queen, it will also fascinate your little one during princess dress-up time.

 

What you will need:

• Empty baby food jar
• Glitter
• Glue gun
• Ribbon to decorate

 

 

What to do:

1. Shake your glitter (a combination of two or more colours adds extra sparkle and magic) to a clean, dry empty baby food jar.
2. Using a glue gun, secure the lid so that the glitter doesn’t spill out.
3. Tie some pretty ribbon around the lid to decorate, and attach a label to finish the display.
