When we think of the races, glamour and bubbles spring to mind – but at Leopardstown, it’s all about the family this season. And if you needed any proof, all you need to do is check out the amazing photos from last weekend’s Family Day.
Excited parents and children flocked to the racecourse on a sun-soaked Sunday, May 7, for a day of fun and frolics, and a ball was had by everyone who attended.
The highlight of the day turned out to be the Best Dressed Family contest, which put the creative talents of parents and children alike on display – and, boy, were they impressive!
All finalists on the day looked amazing, with themes ranging from racing glamour to summer tailoring and trilbies. The winners took their inspiration from one of our favourite childhood book series, however: Dr Suess.
Mum, Dad and the kids looked incredible in their Dr Suess face-paint and coordinated T-shirts, really bringing the fun of the day to life.
