Dublin Zoo has CANCELLED tonights Wild Lights event

Dublin Zoo has been forced to cancel tonight’s (December 7) Wild Lights event due to dangerous winds forecasted for today.

They stressed that the event has been cancelled as the health and safety of their visitors and staff is their number one priority.

They stated: “Following a consultation from Met Eireann regarding dangerous winds forecasted tomorrow, Wild Lights has been cancelled for Friday,  December 7 2018. This decision was made because the health and safety of our visitors and staff is a priority at all times.

“Wild Lights ticket-holders for this date will be sent an email with full details in regards to the cancellation via the email address which was registered at the time of booking,” they explained.

People with tickets for tonight’s Wild Lights will be given a full refund.

Tickets are still available for selected dates on www.dublinzoo.ie for ticket holders that would still like to attend Wild Lights 2018.

Let’s hope the weather improves over the weekend so those affected by tonight’s cancellation get a chance to witness the wonderful Wild Lights at Dublin Zoo.
