The Confidence Clinic was started by Caoimhe O’Grady Tegart who is a Child and Teen Life Coach since 2012 and also a qualified Hypnotherapist. She lives in Skerries, North County Dublin with her husband and 3 children.
Caoimhe regularly writes, speaks and coaches on the topics of Confidence, Anxiety, Bullying, Exam Stress and overall mental health and well-being in schools, clubs and organisations.
Having spent most of her early life working in Human Resources, Caoimhe discovered Life Coaching in 2011 and it changed her world forever. She is passionate about helping others and making a difference in children's lives. Her goal is simple – to help as many children and teens as possible to live happier more confident lives.
