Loretta Kennedy

Loretta is a mother of three based in Cork with a background in Psychology and Counselling. She is the founder and Managing Director of MamaBear Foods, a company which specialises in the production of healthy family condiments and sauces. She is a key note speaker and mentor to female entrepreneurs and has spoken at various health and wellness events such as Wellfest, iWish, Mumtalks and Enterprise Ireland events and was voted one of Image magazine’s Women to Watch in 2020.  She recently launched her coaching business and a new online platform, Urban Sacred, where she helps Clients and organisations find clarity and purpose, achieve their visions and create authentic impact.
