Fancy flaunting your baking skills on TV this year?

We don’t know about you, but one of our resolutions this year is to try our hand at a little more baking!

Between school runs and PTA meetings, we certainly don’t expect to whip up three-tiered cakes overnight, but we thought it might be time to improve on our signature soufflés and classic crispie buns.

We’ll definitely be turning to the latest series of The Great Irish Bake Off for our inspiration, but while the rest of us tune in and drool from our couch, perhaps you or someone you know may actually be talented enough to appear on the show!
