Feedback for Boyne Valley Fruit Flavoured Honey

Thank you for choosing me to take part in this trial. We are big honey fans in our house, and I think it is great as an alternative to sugar, especially for the kids. I hadn't heard of the Fruit Flavoured Honey and we were very excited to try it out. I like that it is natural and only contains 0.1% natural flavouring - this is important to me when buying products for my kids.
We really loved the taste of the Fruit Flavoured Honey. The raspberry flavour was a big favourite in our house but the strawberry option went down a treat too. We had it for our breakfast and I also popped a bit in our smoothies which gave them a really nice taste. The squeezy packs were great as there was very little spillage and mess. I would give this a big thumbs up and recommend to other mums.

We really enjoyed this trial, thank you for including us. I had never heard of the Fruit Flavoured Honey before but we are big fans of Boyne Valley in our house. We loved both flavours but if we had to pick, I think the strawberry flavour would be a winner. I always try to buy healthy products for my children, so it's great that this honey is natural and only contains 0.1% natural flavouring.
We used the honey on toast and porridge, and also drizzled over fruit which was really yummy. The squeezy bottles were really handy and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and would buy again.

We were delighted to be taking part in this - I love honey, there are so many health benfits and it's a great sugar substitute, I love it but the kids are always a bit hesitant, so this gave me a great opportunity to get them involved in the testing - they loved it.
We had it on toast, brown bread and in our morning porridge - and it got a thumbs up from us.
Will buy again, it's brilliant to have the kids on board too. Honey is ideal for mums looking to add a healthy element to the daily diet.

Thank you so much for letting us test the flavoured honey from Boyne Valley - we loved it. We always have a jar of honey in the house - for toast or cereal in the mornings, and I often use it in cooking instead of sugar.
I've never tasted flavoured honey, and I wasn't sure I liked it, but it's actually very nice. There is only a very subtle taste of strawberry and raspberry, and it was very pleasant indeed.
LOVED the squeezy bottle, can't understand why it never occured to be to get one before, the jars can be so very messy.
Will buy again and would recommend.

Honey is something I often think about using day to day, but in reality I only have the jar in the press during 'cold and flu' season, so I can give to the kids in hot drinks - I find it's a wonderful solution to pesky coughs.
I was very happy to have two new bottles of honey to try out and I set my mind to using it every day. The kids had some in their cereals, and I looked found a few recipes here on Mummypages including granola, honey, feta and walnut mini muffins and sticky chicken skewers which the kids absolutely loved.
I've used both flavours - strawberry and raspberry, and enjoyed both. Nothing too strong in terms of flavours, which is a good thing I think.
Thanks for letting me try the Boyne Valley honey, I will be buying again (the kids are demanding the skewers lol) and I would recommend, especially with the squeezy bottles - life saver.

I was really curious to try out Boyne Valley's new fruit flavoured honey in raspberry and strawberry. My children like to have honey in their warm porridge in the morning before school but that's really the only time they eat it. Like all mums, I'm trying to limit the amount of sugar my children consume but it can be hard. Natural sugars that occur in honey are of course better than those added to other similar products, so I was delighted that the fruit flavoured honey has taken over from jam and chocolate spread on toast in our house! A favourite activity that my children enjoy is to bake with me. This week I tried making healthy granola flapjacks, inspired by the addition of the new fruit flavoured Boyne Valley honeys to my kitchen cupboard. The addition of the honey to bind the mixture was perfect and they tasted sooooo good when baked in the oven. The fact that these healthy snacks were a handy addition to the lunchboxes for the week was a big bonus in helping mum to be organised too!

Thanks for sending us out our honey - I really enjoyed the test. Unfortunately the kids aren't fond of honey, and while I thought the flavour might entice them, it didn't work. However, I really liked it, and used it on cereal, toast and healthy muffins. I'm very happy with the subtle flavour, and would buy again. Would recommend. And maybe my kids will come round in time.

I am always looking for an healthier alternative to sugar, for the kids especially, so I was very excited to hear about this new fruit flavoured honey.The kids loved it - they liked the strawberry flavour best, but I myself preferred the raspberry flavour! We used the honey on toast and cereal, and the squeezy bottles were really easy to use.It's very important to me that the kids eat healthy and knowing that it only contains 0.1% natural flavouring is important. I will most definitely be recommending to friends and family.

There's nothing quite likenatural honey - we only really have it during the summer months, but I suppose it's something we should have all year. And having tried this one, I'd be very tempted.
Lovely flavoured honey, wouldn't be my first choice before tasting, but pleasantly surprised. Very subtle flavour which is a good thing. Honey is great as it is, doesn't need too much added.
This stuff is very nice - grandad liked it too, and that's a real endorsement. Ha ha. Thanks for letting us take part.

The honey was gone in a matter of days - thanks for sending us out the samples, the kids are wondering are we getting more? LOL Seriously though, great products, kids really got behind it too - I t hink they were really taken with the little, easy to use, bottles, and the pretty labels and of course the flavours. We like both, but at a push I'd say strawberry was the favourite. Would buy again, as will my sister and mum who were here testing it with the kids.
