We are looking forward to hearing how you got on with your Tesco Baby products

I signed up to do this trial but I was very sceptical as I’ve had quite a few fails when using untried/tested nappies for my baby.  With the other brands, the nappies have always leaked at night and explosive poos have been a disaster.  But when I saw the promises, I thought I’d give them a go.  It was the leak proof guard that I was really interested in.  I tried the both during the day and at night time and was pleasantly surprised.  My son does a lot of wees at night so his nappy is always very full come morning and I was pleased that they didn’t leak.  My son also kindly obliged with a poo explosion which would normally curl up his back to his neck (I’m not kidding) but it didn’t escape his nappy on the one time he obliged me whilst in the supermarket.  Normally it would be a mess but with these nappies on, I did have a huge job to do cleaning him up but didn’t have to change his clothes.  Win eh?  I also tried the sensitive wipes – I’ve previously used wipes with water so I’m fussy about the wipes I use as I think they lead to nappy rashes.  These rascal ones were dermatologically tested so I hope they’d be ok to try.  And they were.  I used them for a week and found my son’s bottom was clean and not irritated.   Would recommend both.

I hadn’t used the Rascal + Friends Nappies & Bio Wipes before so was happy to give them a go.The wipes are great, no fragrance which is brilliant, and just the right amount of moisture. The nappies were brilliant too – absorbent and soft, they do exactly as intended. And no leaks! Hooray.Handy that they’re available in Tesco, that’s where I shop weekly, so I’ll definitely be picking them up again.Would recommend, found both nappies and wipes v good.

Thank you so much – got my package earlier this week and we started straight away. I have found most nappies I use are soaked in the morning, which means I need ones that are super absorbent. I’m also very aware of choosing good quality nappies and wipes, that are hypoallergenic which these are. Having used them now for a few days, I’m really happy with the results, the fit is good which means no leaks and they appear to be comfy too with a high back waist - we will be buying again. The wipes are strong and have just enough wetness – not too soggy and not too dry which many other brands are. A very happy mum that would recommend to others.

I had seen the Rascal & Friends brand in Tesco but hadn’t bought them – for something like nappies, I have always stuck to the big brands like Pampers as I needed to be sure that I was not going to be stuck with leaks and poo tsunamis.  They are a real issue in our house so I don’t take any chances.  I did read the claims by the brand though and thought if they are saying they are leak proof, then my house is definitely the house to test them in.  We are also a vegan household so them being vegan is a huge bonus for me too.  They were great. I used them during the day and at night time too and they didn’t let me down.  I tried the wipes too and found them good – they had the right amount of wetness – not too much, or too little and the snap close lid meant they didn’t start to dry out.  My baby has a tendency to eczema on his bum so them being hypoallergenic made them kinder to his sensitive skin.   I have bought them again and would recommend them to any mum who is looking for quality and reliability at a good price.

This is my first time doing one of your trials so thank you for having me.  I have been trying to conceive for years so when I finally had my baby and you had a mum of a baby trial, I was so happy to be picked.  As this is my first and because it took so long to get her here, I was afraid to use anything other than the best for my baby but I now know that this is a silly way to think.  Just because something is more expensive, it does not mean it is better.  The Rascal & Friends nappies are really cute to look at and fitting my princess really well.  We had not accidents or issues when using them which is why I have been paying more for other nappies.  I also tried the wipes but had the same concern that I was not using the very best for my baby.  I also realised that this was unfounded as the wipes are tested by a dermatologist and are fragrance and lotion free.  They did the job exactly as my previous wipes did too.  I would advise anyone looking for a nappy or wipes to give them a go.  They are extremely good quality and they worked very well too – five star rating from me. 

 

 

I did not know this brand before the trial but was happy to try them as I’m a mum of Irish twins and go through nappies like wildfire.  They fit my girls perfectly but my biggest concern was them leaking during the day as I try to get out with the buggy for long walks so I need to be sure that I don’t have to return home because of a nappy incident.  The nappies didn’t let me down – they were wet and sometimes with both number 1 and 2 when I got home but I did not have one leak when I used them.  This is a big deal for me as my walks with the buggy are my sanity until my husband gets home.  They are really cute too which I liked.  Both the nappies and wipes are free of fragrances which I liked too as I don’t buy anything that has fragrance for my girls.  I tried the wipes too and found them good at mopping up – I would have liked them to be a small bit thicker but that’s a personal preference.   To my husband and I, our girls are our priority so used products that are safe is important to us but they also need to work.  I give these two products the thumbs up and have already told my sisters about them.

 

Thanks very much for letting us take part – was really pleased with the Rascal + Friends Nappies & Wipes. Very impressed that the nappies have no fragrance, no lotions, are water based and dermatologically tested. The high waist band is a handy feature for those overflowing night nappies. And the double leak guard adds extra security from leaks. The grip tabs are easy to use and secure. I found them very good to use, fully absorbent without becoming bulky, and they were soft too. The design is really cute too J
Was also very impressed with the wipes, which again had no fragrance or nasties, which is so important for me.
If you use nappies and wipes – these are the ones I’d recommend.

I feel like I have tried every nappy out there, so I think I’m a bit of a pro on what works and what doesn’t in terms of nappies & wipes – and these ones definitely do.
They seem to be a perfectly shaped which mean they fit well and there are never any leaks, no matter how bad things get!!! They are soft and absorbent.
They are well priced, and I do like the little design on them too. I’m happy to know they are dermatologically tested too. The wipes are brilliant, sometimes wipes can be very dry which make them a bit useless, but these ones are good.

Love these nappies – have heard of them and have been using them, so I’m delighted to be part of a test and review.

I find them really good – great value and really absorbent. I also quite like the sweet design on them too.
I was particularly happy to know that they were fragrance free and dermatologically tested, you can never be too careful with these things. I used the wipes and found them great as well.
I’d be happy to recommend to other mums out there.

This is a new brand to me but I do not know how I missed them as I am always in Tesco.  I am the mum of a 12 month old boy so good fit in nappies is important.  They have a big deep pocked in them to absorb the urine which makes them less likely to overflow.  I found this to be true and a real help as I have had huge issues in this area before.   He is teething at the moment and drinking more so his nappies are very full.  These rascal nappies did not let me down.  Because of his teething, his bum is more sensitive too so I was delighted to use the fragrance free wipes as they have no lotion and have been tested to ensure they don’t irritate the baby’s skin.  Teething is a big enough problem without adding in nappy rash.  I would also highly recommend them.
