When one of the strongest ever tropical cyclones hit the Philippines last year, over five million children were left devastated. However, Katrina Velasquez-Puno, a first time mum, decided to help hungry babies by donating her own breast milk.
The mum-of-one produces 1.4 litres of milk a day, and whatever her son doesn’t use, she freezes it in special bags and donates it to the babies in need.
