Nothing beats a glorious spritz of a fresh scent - especially when the sun is shining and the weather is warm.
However, it can be hard to choose the right summer perfume, as many of us will be tempted to opt for richer, heavier scents that are more winter appropriate.
After sme snooping and a lot of smelling, we have come up with our favourite summer scents that are fresh, fruity and smell like holidays.
1. Bronze Goddess by Estée Lauder.
This perfume is a sensuous, sun-drenched blend of Bergamot, warm Amber, Tiare Flower and Vanilla all combined with delicious creamy Coconut. It’s literally summer in a bottle, and we want to swim in it.
2. Neroli Portofino by Tom Ford.
Vibrant and sparkling, this scent perfectly captures the cool breezes, sparkling clear water and lush foliage of the Italian Riviera - what's not to love?
3. Maybe Baby by Benefit.
Enjoy fresh notes of apricot and white ginger, with hints of fresh water blossoms, lychee and bergamot. This is a classic perfume that we LOVE.
4. Daisy Eau So Fresh by Marc Jacobs.
Daisy Eau So Fresh is a charming twist on Marc's classic Daisy fragrance. Eau So Fresh is more fruity, bubbly, and more fun than the original.
5. Nectarine Blossom by Honey Cologne Jo Malone.
Succulent nectarine, peach and cassis and delicate spring flowers melt into the note of acacia honey within this beautiful summer scent. While you may be tempted to drink it, we DON'T recommend you do.
6. Limited Edition Eau Ressourçante by Clarins.
Enjoy the relaxing fragrance based on basil, iris, cedar and benzoin, the well being of sarsaparilla, robinia and longan. This one is a serious mum-favourite!
7. The One by D&G.
This scent is a warmer than the others on this list, with an oriental floral fragrance! It's a fragrance with a strong personality and a contrasting golden sweetness.
