Back for the 11th year in a row, the Galway Jazz Festival, which takes place on Friday, 7th, Saturday, 8th and Sunday, 9th October 2016, is perfect for anyone who appreciates good music, especially jazz-lovers.
From cathedrals to nightclubs and Michelin-starred restaurants, the festival is set in venues all across the city with the aim of allowing people connect with jazz and improvised music.
Over the three days there will be 30 shows from almost 80 musicians in 12 venues around the city; performance highlights include Aerie, Evans Trio, Shane Latimer and John McKenna to name a few.
