A woman in her 30s has been seriously injured in a road traffic collision. The incident occurred on the M1 northbound between Junction 16 and Junction 17, at approximately 11:10am this morning. She has been taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda with serious injuries.
Gardaí are currently at the scene of the serious single vehicle road traffic collision.
Forensic Collision Investigators are currently at the scene. The road is currently closed with local diversions in place.
