Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of light olive oil
3-4 drops of essential oil
 
Method:
  1. Put 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons of light olive oil, 3 to 4 drops of essential oil of peppermint and 1 to 2 drops of essential oil of rosemary (or 1 sprig of fresh rosemary) into a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix all the ingredients until they are smooth.
  3. Use the mixture as a shampoo and massage it into your scalp.
  4. Put a shower cap on and wrap your hair in a towel. Leave the mixture on for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing it out with warm water.
