Load up on vitamins and minerals

Make sure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals to ensure your skin is getting everything it needs. You need foods rich in Vitamin C, E and K and lots of folic acid, so munch on fruits, grains, seafood and even cheese.

 

Get to bed earlier

Being a mum it is hard to hit the hay early, but try to. This is one of the most common reasons why you have puffiness there in the first place, so hit it right at the core of the problem.

 

Drink plenty of water

Dehydration can cause your eyes to become swollen so make sure your are getting at least 3 litres of water a day though various sources.

 

Ditch the stress

Ok, we admit this is a lot easier said than done but stress plays havoc on your skin. Take some time out for yourself, or even indulge in a hot bath at least once a month.
