We can all admit that during those first few weeks of life with a newborn we barely brushed our hair, wore makeup or changed out of our pyjamas, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Sometimes you just need to abandon the makeup bag and curlers and just revel in your natural, new mum state.
Even celebrity mums have said that they ditch that glamorous lifestyle once baby comes along. Cheryl shared that she barely touched her makeup bag when her son Bear was born and Stacey Solomon recently said she’s barely changed out of her pyjamas.
New mum Abbey Clancy ditched her sofa days and tracksuit bottoms and headed to Royal Ascot with her husband Peter Crouch.
The duo welcomed their fourth child, a baby boy whose name they’ve yet to announce, two weeks ago so it’s safe to say fans were surprised to see the new mum at the lavish event.
Abbey wowed in an all white outfit and looked as beautiful as ever. The model wore a white fringed skirt and white blouse with a necktie. She topped off the look with a wide brim hat and pearl studded shoes.
Abbey posted a series of photos from the outing to Instagram and her followers couldn’t help but marvel at the fact that mere weeks have passed since she gave birth to her baby boy.
One questioned: “How have you just had a baby?”
“Flawless! Jeez how do you do it?” presenter Lisa Snowden asked.
“You bloody stunner! And you’ve just had your fourth baby!” another gushed.
We don’t know how she does it.
