Halloween is not all about dressing up as something frightening, you can choose to go as something less scary but no less effective.
Here’s how to do an Ice Queen look.
- Use a pale foundation on your face.
- Set it with white translucent loose power.
- Completely cover your eyelid in a pale blue eyeshadow, making sure you blend properly.
- Define with a dark blue again making sure you blend properly.
- Highlight under your brows with the silver powder going around the end of the blue edge.
- Define your bows with a black eyebrow pencil or powder.
- For your lips, go for a shiny lipstick.
- Cover your lower lip with a clear glitter lipgloss to create the illusion that your lips are wet and cold.
